2. The informant's side made allegation against the petitioner that at the time of deposition in the Court, he had threatened the witness.

3. An inquiry was directed which is still pending before the learned court below in this respect. Vide order dated 08.12.2023, it was observed that if after inquiry it is found that the petitioner had threatened the witness, his bail shall liable to be cancelled.

4. The learned court below is directed to conclude the inquiry within a period of three months.
