JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondents to inquire into the matter of irregularities committed by the concerned respondents under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in VillagePanchayat Raj, Rohua East under
Patna High Court CWJC No.13753 of 2024(2) dt.21-09-2024 2/2 Waris Nagar Block in the District of Samastipur inasmuch as the beneficiaries have been illegally paid money under the Awas Scheme, who are already in possession of Pucca house, since before.
(ii) To direct the respondents to also enquire into the matter of tree plantation under MANREGA scheme, wherein financial irregularities have been committed.
(iii) To direct the respondents to take appropriate legal action against the concerned respondents who are illegally withdrawing money without completing any work under the said scheme."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Samastipur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
