In this case, the petitioner is claiming his appointment on the post of constable against the advertisement of 2004 and placed reliance on certain orders of this Court. This Court cannot give direction for consideration of his appointment on the ground, left out vacancies must have been merged with succeeding recruitment, inasmuch as, the petitioner has already crossed the maximum age limit for recruitment as constable and after 14 years this Court finds inability to give direction for the appointment of petitioner on the post of constable.
Patna High Court CWJC No.9685 of 2016(4) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any merit in this writ petition, accordingly, the same is dismissed.
