ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 16-09-2025 Without going into the merit or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with consent of both the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no objection if a lien is put over the disputed amount and the petitioner is permitted to operate the account.

3. Having regard to the above made submission, the writ petition is disposed of in the following terms:- (i) The authorities are directed to keep the lien on the sum of Rs. 3,000/- and permit the petitioner to operate the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13986 of 2024(3) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 account.

(ii) The said lien shall be in place till they receive any further communication from Kesariya Police Station in F.I.R. No. 435 of 2022.
