Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have caused injury on the leg of the informant Surendra Singh.

It is submitted that there is also a counter case from the side of the petitioner in which many persons were injured. It also appears that there is land dispute between the parties.

Considering the facts that the petitioner side has also got injuries and that the petitioner is in jail since 8.2.2015, he, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri S.Q.H. Rizvi, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Tikari P.S.Case No.41 of 2015.
