BAJANTHRI) 15-05-2023 Learned counsel for the State/Corporation submitted that even if the petitioner is prepared to install the remaining Solar Lights, the corporation would permit. In this regard, the State/Corporation is hereby directed to communicate to the petitioner for installation of balance remaining solar lights while assigning sufficient and reasonable time to install. The petitioner is also hereby directed to give his consent to concerned authority. Since matter is of the year 2016, Corporation shall consider to extend escalation price.

2. The above exercise shall be completed by Corporation and petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.

3. Accordingly, the present petition stand disposed of.

4. In the event of inaction on behalf of the Corporation, the petitioner is permitted to file interlocutory application to revive the present order.
