The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant has alleged that the petitioner happens to be his relative and took money from him for purchasing tractor, but the petitioner did not return the money.
There appears that the dispute is with regard to borrowing and taking of money and no chit of paper is filed showing the payment of money to the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16169 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
