There happens to be recovery of sprit from a mill as well as in its surrounding along with seizure of a Maruti car coupled with apprehension of three persons namely Dhananjay Kumar Singh, Amin Ansari and Bibhuti Choudhary, though the aforesaid formality were completed in absence of petitioner. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 18.03.2015. Accordingly, petitioner, Madan Prasad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kudra P.
