07.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Court will not get into the nitty-gritty of the accounting, but, if the petitioner feels that there is miscalculation or wrong calculation in settlement of G.P.F. amount of the petitioner and there is variance viz. a viz. his calculation and that of the Provident Fund Officer, especially O.P. No. 2, he is free to approach the G.P.F. Officer with his calculation, who has an obligation to explain the anomaly, if any.

Contempt Application stands disposed off with liberty as above.
