2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for issuance of an appropriate Writ preferably a Writ in the nature of Writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider the case of the Petitioner for settlement of a part plot of Gair Mazarua Aam land bearing Khata No. 617 Khesra

Patna High Court CWJC No.14127 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 No. 391 corresponding to Old Khata No.

140 and Plot No. 2 situated at Mauza Mirzapur, Thana No. 360, Nawada located between the Road and the plot of land owned and purchased by the Petitioner.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no. 5, the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Nawada Sadar, Nawada.
