The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sabour P.S. Case No. 272 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant went to his field and saw that Bobby Devi showing his lands to sell. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron rod on his head. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no motive. The story disclosed in the FIR appears to be quite improbable.

From perusal of the order impugned it appears that on account of assault made by the petitioner the informant got grievous injury on his head.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16011 of 2015 (3) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
