The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that when the informant and one Shantanu Kumar were going to Baja Village, the petitioners surrounded them and

It is further alleged that during assault, petitioner No. 1 gave lathi blow on the nose of the informant causing bleeding injury. Petitioner Nos. 2 and 4 threw the informant on the ground and petitioner No. 3 gave iron rod blow on the left hand of the informant. It is also alleged that during the assault, accused persons snatched gold chain and cash of Rs. 12,000/- from the possession of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered and Title Suit No. 102 of 2021 is pending between the parties. The petitioners and the informant are agnates and they have falsely been implicated in this case. The injury report suggest the injuries to be simple in nature.

Case No. 448 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
