Mr. Ravindra Kumar Shukla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Forest Development Corporation informs that the amount which is required to be paid to the petitioner has been sent for approval to the Finance Department, Bihar along with interest and litigation cost and soon the Corporation receives the fund and CFM system starts

Patna High Court MJC No.2548 of 2023(9) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 functioning, the required amount for the payment shall be credited into the account of the petitioner.

3. In view of the aforesaid information, the contempt petitions stands disposed of.
