2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.546 © of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), of the Indian Penal Code.
3. By an earlier order dated 07.01.2025, the matter was sent to the Patna High Court Mediation & Reconciliation Centre to resolve the dispute between the parties. A report from the mediation center has been placed on record which would show that the parties have reached an amicable settlement vide an agreement dated 20.03.2025 passed in the mediation proceeding no. 38 of 2025. An agreement paper was signed by both the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62886 of 2024(5) dt.17-04-2025 2/2 counsels on behalf of the parties.
4. In view of the same, the parties are residing peacefully with each other. Learned cousnel appearing for the O. P. No. 2 also supports the fact that now both the parties are residing together.
5. In such view of the matter, I am inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within a period of four weeks from today the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in Complaint Case No. 546 (C) of 2023 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C and subject to the further condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in investigation/ trial.
