In view of the averments made in the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.5 and in view of the order dated 22.04.2015 (Annexure-A to the aforesaid show cause) passed by the Engineer-in-Chief (Central), Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, this Court is satisfied that the order dated 05.12.2014 passed in CWJC No.6476 of 2014 by this Bench has been complied with and no cause for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite parties survives. In that view of the matter, the present application stands dismissed.
However, the petitioner, if so advised, shall be at liberty
