The petitioners, who are the parents-in-law of the deceased, seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 312 of 2018 dated 29.09.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B)/201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that from the FIR, it would appear that there is no accusation against them. There is no background of any torture or harassment for dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the husband of the deceased is in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55726 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 and the two minor children of the deceased are being taken care of by the petitioners. Apart from this, it has been submitted that the deceased died a natural death, which information was provided to the informant, who had participated in the funeral also, but for some inexplicable reason he has chosen to lodge this case. Considering the aforenoted aspects of the matter, the petitioner are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 312 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
