The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that petitioners are in-laws and family members of the deceased. He submits that husband of the deceased is already in judicial custody. He further submits that

Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 opposes the prayer for bail and submits that process of Sections 82 & 83 is completed before filing of the present anticipatory bail application, hence they do not deserve anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 157/2021. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) ajay/- U T
