====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner of having entered into the house of one Krishna Bhushan Singh and fired indiscriminately. It is further submitted that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., the said implication is only out of false and dirty village politics.
Considering the aforementioned facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55252 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 circumstances and the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VIII, Vaishali, in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
