2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , due to land dispute a maarpeet took place between both the parties, in which all the F.I.R., named accused persons including these petitioners having iron rod, garasa and knife assaulted informant, on account of which informant sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature .

4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

5 . Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injury , clean antecedents of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 5 Kaimur ( Bhabhua) in connection with Bhagwanpur ( Belaon) P.S. case No. 320 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
