It would appear from perusal of the record that petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 19.12.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 45459/2012 with direction to surrender before the concerned court within six weeks but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that due to ailment and other unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender before the concerned court in time. I am not at all convinced with the explanation given by the petitioner and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U
