JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-06-2020 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur, informs this Court that the petitioner has been granted family pension after taking into the account the benefits of Assured Career Progression and Modified Assured Career Progression in favour of the deceased employee. According to him, all grievances of the petitioner have been redressed, except for the payment ofz amount of group Insurance and the amount against welfare fund. Considering the stand taken on behalf of the University, this application is disposed of with a direction to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3701 of 2019(3) dt.16-06-2020 2/2 Vice-Chancellor, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur to ensure that all retiral dues, which the petitioner is entitled to, are paid to her. The amount of group Insurance and welfare fund must be paid within a period of two months from today. It is further directed that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise her grievance before the Registrar of the University, making representation, if according to her, the amount which has been paid to her is less than what she is actually entitled to. If she makes any representation within three months from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of with a reasoned order within one month thereafter. This disposes of the application.
