2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to make appropriate compensation amount as valued by the government for acquisition of the land of the petitioner for the purpose of irrigation in different schemes;

(ii) for issuance of any other writ/order/direction to which he may be

3. The respondents have filed counter affidavits in the present case and learned counsel for the petitioner has taken this Court to letter no. 839 dated 17.1.2017 issued by the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Koshi Project, Saharsa, addressed to the petitioner, according to which it has recorded that the payments have been made and the petitioner has not lodged any objection.

4. So far as the other grievance is/are concerned, no document is available and as such request was made.

5. The letter dated 2017, it seems that the petitioner do not have any document to support his case, if at all, he procures such document, has the liberty to approach the appropriate authority for the redressal of the grievance.

6. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
