Petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No.606 of 2013 arising out of Sheikhpura (Kusumbha OP) P.S. Case No.90 of 2013 instituted under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura.

Considering that the Petitioner while on bail committed this act and, thus, misused the privilege of bail, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner from jail custody. Prayer for bail is rejected.
