Petitioner is an order giver on account of which, Amit Singh shot at Rakesh Singh @ Pintu Singh. Rahul Singh also shot at informant Ranjan Kumar Singh. Thereafter, Umesh Singh also fired, however, did not strike.

Taking into account the status of the petitioner inconsonance with period of custody since 12.02.2015, petitioner, Ramesh Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Bikramganj PS Case No.22/2015.
