05. 11.05.2016 Counter-Affidavit filed today on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 2 be kept on record.

In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre which asked for further adjournment but the Counsel for the Petitioner submits that demands of the Opposite Party No. 2 are too high and, therefore, there is no chance of settlement. It has been submitted on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 2 that the Petitioner is not depositing Rs. 750/- per month as directed by this Court.

If the Petitioner deposits the entire arrears within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16354 of 2015 (5) dt.11-05-2016 dated 28.05.2015 shall stand confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 835(C) of 2012 pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul. However, from henceforth, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 1,500/- per month in place of Rs. 750/- in favour of the Complainant.
