2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 109 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is an accused of committing daylight robbery.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. On the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, his name has been dragged in this case. He has similar antecedent of committing dacoity also. The petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing nine months in custody on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Sikrahna at Dhaka, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 109 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Jitna Police Station, East Champaran on the first Sunday of each month.
