Mr.Md. Aslam Ansari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 419 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the petitioner sold his old Scorpio to the informant saying that his vehicle did not carry any loan and when the informant went to get the vehicle registered, it came to light that the said vehicle was bearing bank loan. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 28-05-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The matter relates to civil dispute. Except for this, there is no other substantive evidence to suggest

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 984 of 2018.
