2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Moro P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 392 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was going to his Sasural, in the way, three unknown miscreants stopped his way and started assaulting him and his wife. Further, the accused persons snatched his mobile and golden jewellery from his wife.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate I, Darbhanga in connection with Moro P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
