The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chapra Town P.S.Case No.29 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11 of Bengal/Bihar Gambling Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been no recovery of lottery tickets from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforementioned facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be
