Petitioner and one Harendra Yadav were caught by the police along with one motorcycle which is said to be stolen property. It appears that prior to institution of the present case, three cases had been registered against the petitioner. Moreover, taking into consideration that the charge sheet has already been submitted and the case is pending for trial, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case
