2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As prosecution case, the informant alleges that petitioner along with co-accused Priyanka killed her sister due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry and later on co-accused Raju hanged the dead body.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is married sister-in-law of the deceased and she has no concerned with the alleged crime rather the deceased has committed suicide herself. He further submits that husband of the deceased is already in judicial custody since 03.01.2023.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 319 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
