Considering the information contained in letter dated 21.03.2024 of the District Court in respect of report regarding stage of trial, wherein, it has been informed that only four witness are required to be examined, I am not inclined to interfere with the present bail application. The District Court must expeditiously conclude the trial, considering the fact that the right granted to the petitioner, as contained in Article 21 of the Constitution of India must not be defeated.
