The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila (Jamui) P.S.Case No.24 of 2021 registered under Sections 498(A), 379, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The informant, who happens to be the wife of the petitioner, has also lodged a complaint case prior to lodging of the present case on the basis of same set of allegations as is evident from Annexure A to the supplementary affidavit. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.1177 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
