2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 293 of 2024, G.R. No. 4291 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 506, 354, 379/34 of the IPC.

3. The specific allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting on the right leg of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He has submitted further that both the parties have suffered injuries. There is case and counter case. The petitioner is under custody

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-7, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 293 of 2024, G.R. No. 4291 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
