JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 398/379 and 411 Of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is of theft of bag and mobile of the informant while travelling in a train after administering some intoxicant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's name sprang up in course of investigation. Statement has been made in paragraphs 8 and 9 that neither any recovery has been made nor the petitioner has been put on T. I. Parade. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18641 of 2015 (2) dt.22-06-2015 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur (Hajipur) Rail P. S. case No 66/2014.
