The petitioners have challenged the order 11.08.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 8 of 2014 whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioners under Sections 448, 326, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On going through the order impugned as well as the materials in the present petition, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order of cognizance.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16846 of 2015(3) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 The petitioners, if so advised, may approach the Court below for discharge, if such a petition has already not been filed and disposed off. If the case is running trial, the Trial Court shall conclude the proceedings as early as possible.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed off.
