2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on 02.08.2015 at about 3:30 am, three children managed to escape from the social institution, namely, Shaktivardhani due to negligence and laches of the institution and its staff. Petitioner is Superintendent of the aforesaid social institution.

4. Considering the accusation and the fact that three children escaped from the social institution of which this petitioner is Superintendent, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
