Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The victim has already returned to her home. No doubt, victim was minor at the time of alleged occurrence and she stated that she was kidnapped by the petitioner but she herself admitted in her statement that she had gone to see fair from where she was taken away by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with the victim and as a matter of fact, she herself eloped from her house which is evident from this fact that when victim left her home, she took her clothes also.
