Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61974 of 2019(2) dt.27-09-2019 2/3 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Valmikinagr P.S.Case No.29 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147j, 341, 323, 353, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, several persons were creating road blockade along with the dead body of a person who died with negligence of the Electricity Deptt. Officials and the name of the petitioners transpired in the same.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent. They are family members of the deceased. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJMIst, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Valmikinagar P.S.Case No.29 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
