The present writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ / writs in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to grant him the benefits of ACP (Assured Career Progression) Scheme in respect of which Rules came into force in 2003, and the scheme was made effective from 09.08.1999 and M.A.C.P. Scheme (Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme), in respect of which Rules came into force in 2010, and the scheme was made effective from 01.09.2008 and for consequential

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 3 i.e. the Director, Land Acquisition, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 3, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
