Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 524 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from Diara, Naya Tola. Petitioner has no concern with the seized illicit liquor.

Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
