2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Purabsarai P.S. Case No. 36 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 392 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was going to her house and reached near Purabsarai railway station, the accused persons came there and snatched her mobile set. When she protested, the accused persons assaulted her and fled away.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He

The petitioner is a sweeper and the informant asked him for cleaning his toilet to which he denied and it was the reason for his false implication. The petitioner is under custody since 24.06.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Purabsarai P.S. Case No. 36 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
