This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016 dated 08.02.2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 384, 386, 387 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code as also the Charge Sheet No. 141 of 2016 dated 06.05.2016.

Mr. Satish Kumar Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioner is not in a position to inform this Court about the stage of the case.

Though several grounds have been raised by the learned Advocate for the petitioner in support of the prayer made in the petition for quashing of the subject

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32169 of 2016(4) dt.05-11-2020 2/2 FIR but since the case is of the year 2016, therefore there is every likelihood of the case having been disposed of. If the same is still pending, the court below is directed to conclude the same within a reasonable period of time.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
