ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 03.03.2014 passed in Kuchhia P.S. Case No. 02 of 2014 by the Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua (Kaimur).
The case of the complainant is that she was married to the son of the Petitioner no. 1 but her husband disappeared and she was tortured by the in-laws.
On the last occasion parties have been directed to appear in Chambers and an attempt has been made to work out for resolving the dispute but unfortunately it could not happen. On going through the first information report, I find that no criminal offence is made out. Hence, the application is allowed and further proceedings including the order
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31712 of 2014 (6) dt.21-01-2016 dated 03.03.2014 passed in Kuchhila P.S. Case No. 02 of 2014 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1514 of 2013 is hereby set aside without prejudice to the rights of the parties. (Anjana Prakash, J) Prakash/- U T
