Unknown criminals pondered at Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank, Chandi Ashthan Branch and took away Rs.4,10,750/- whereupon instant case has been registered against unknown. It appears from the case diary para-51 that petitioner along with others were apprehended in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No.20 of 2014 wherein he made inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement and that happens to be reason behind his remand so far, this particular case is concerned. The Investigating Officer though submitted charge sheet against the petitioners and others however, did not care to put the petitioner on T.I. Parade to ascertain identity. No booty has been recovered from his possession.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17666 of 2015 (3) dt.26-06-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Rakesh Kumar @ Lulha is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Amas P.S.
