JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 31-08-2018 Vide order dated 29.11.2011 the writ petition was directed to be listed after disposal of SLP (Civil ) No. 2667526676 of 2010, which was, at the relevant time, pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The SLP was converted into Civil Appeal Nos. 8226-8227 of 2012 and by judgment dated 23rd November, 2012, the Apex Court has finally decided the issue on the appeal preferred by the State of Bihar.
In view of the aforesaid judgment of the Apex Court, the respondents are required to take final decision on the claim of the petitioner within a period of three months from today strictly in
