JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/direction for quashing of the order as contained in memo No.271 dated 1.2.2021 (Annexure-4) passed by Respondent No.5 as well as order dated 19.7.2022

Patna High Court CWJC No.15673 of 2022(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/3 (Annexure-6) passed by Respondent No.4 in Anganwari Appeal Case No.8/DM/2021 by which service of the petitioner has been terminated in very illegal and erroneous manner ignoring the fact that the resident of Respondent No.9, inlaws family situated in Ward No.5 of Mahangupur village of Dharaut Panchayat, their name has wrongly been figured in Ward No.6 voter list of Dharaut Panchayat. And further to direct the Respondents to reinstate the petitioner on Anganwari Sevika post with all consequential benefit by issuing an appropriate writ and if any other reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
