2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 427, 379, 353, 109, 337, 338, 332, 333, 323, 324, 326, 307, 329 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the State that petitioners have been declared absconder and processes under Sections 82 and 83 have been initiated against them to ensure their appearance in the court.
