The petitioners have prayed for quashing of an order passed by the District Education Officer, Buxar, whereby the petitioners claim for payment of arrears of salary has been rejected.

Considering that the petitioners are teachers working in the Panchayat, they may take their grievance before the appellate authority forum under the Rules 2021 individually. Granting such liberty writ petition is dismissed in view of the judgment dated 23.02.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No.
