2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for direction to the respondents to make payment (Compensation) for acquiring land of the petitioner for making Railway line in Mauza Hasanganj according to Fair Compensation Act 2013 under Section 24 (2) of the Act and to issue writ/writs direction/directions in the nature of mandamus

Patna High Court CWJC No.6439 of 2015(9) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 for directing and commanding the respondent No. 1 to 4 to make payment of the compensation amount to the petitioner calculating at the rate of current market value and on the basis of SubRegistry Office for the year 2014-15 and 50% solatium, plus 30% solatium interest @ 15% and other amount for lands."

3. It has been informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner is no more and as such, liberty be granted to the heirs to file the petition afresh if he/she/they so want.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the heirs to approach afresh if he/she/they so want. (Rajiv Roy, J) vinayak/- U
